This is the worst housing association regarding repairs. Every time I report an issue, it is never logged. I reported a lack of heating and hot water today, and after multiple follow-ups, I was transferred to a company far away that confirmed no job had been raised. I'm eight months pregnant with a vulnerable child and have no heating or hot water. This is absolutely unacceptable! Previous repairs regarding cracks in my child's bedroom took months to address, leaving us in a cold room. I intend to report this as it is illegal to charge for properties that are uninhabitable or unsafe. This housing association should be investigated for its poor service and conditions.
I am sharing another review regarding ongoing issues with repairs in my mother's property. The service has left my mother in unacceptable conditions despite an emergency slot being given. They are now claiming a technical error in processing the repair request. The staff have been unhelpful, and the CEO does not respond to emails. It’s unacceptable for my mother to live in these conditions, and the only replies to my reviews are generic apologies.
