Frustrating situation leading to legal action

I am now pursuing legal action after being misled for over a year. I've had 15 service calls for one job, and I'm escalating this to the ombudsman. When you respond, please clarify the reasons for not completing my appointment after so many attempts. This situation has been unbearable. The housing manager seems too embarrassed to provide any updates, and the CEO appears unresponsive. I will be filing complaints with all relevant authorities. This organization is appalling, and the staff lack compassion!

Extremely Poor Housing Association for Repairs

This is the worst housing association regarding repairs. Every time I report an issue, it is never logged. I reported a lack of heating and hot water today, and after multiple follow-ups, I was transferred to a company far away that confirmed no job had been raised. I'm eight months pregnant with a vulnerable child and have no heating or hot water. This is absolutely unacceptable! Previous repairs regarding cracks in my child's bedroom took months to address, leaving us in a cold room. I intend to report this as it is illegal to charge for properties that are uninhabitable or unsafe. This housing association should be investigated for its poor service and conditions.

Another disappointing experience with the service

I am sharing another review regarding ongoing issues with repairs in my mother's property. We are still waiting for repairs that were promised over a year ago, including replacing floorboards and fixing sewage problems. The service has left my mother in unacceptable conditions despite an emergency slot being given. They are now claiming a technical error in processing the repair request. We are also waiting for dangerous stairs to be fixed, but there has been no follow-up. Complaints have been filed, but nothing has been resolved. The staff have been unhelpful, and the CEO does not respond to emails. It’s unacceptable for my mother to live in these conditions, and the only replies to my reviews are generic apologies.
