I am sharing another review regarding ongoing issues with repairs in my mother's property. We are still waiting for repairs that were promised over a year ago, including replacing floorboards and fixing sewage problems. The service has left my mother in unacceptable conditions despite an emergency slot being given. They are now claiming a technical error in processing the repair request. We are also waiting for dangerous stairs to be fixed, but there has been no follow-up. Complaints have been filed, but nothing has been resolved. The staff have been unhelpful, and the CEO does not respond to emails. It’s unacceptable for my mother to live in these conditions, and the only replies to my reviews are generic apologies.
