What a hassle

I ordered two doors, same pattern, same colour, same accessories same smart locks both sleek finish two sizes and one with glass side panel. What could be simpler?Two weeks before installation I was told that the narrow door could not be done in sleek in the chosen pattern, please choose another pattern! Forwards and backwards and yes could be done if not completely symmetrical. Great I thought but this was only the beginning:The glass side panel was forgotten on the order so installation date to be deferred, the smaller door could not get installed on first attempt and it was delivered with woodgrain finish on the 2nd attempt so third time lucky I got the door I had actually ordered. The smart lock had been forgotten about so had to be fitted at the very end.Daily email reminders to pay the installation fee started before the last door was even delivered and no disabled access to the showroom does not do anything positive to the experience either.
