Home hub fitted our bifold doors 7 years ago and recently the handle on our access door jammed . Home hub responded within hours to my request for someone to come and mend them . They then set up a what’s app group to keep me up to date with timings . We did have to wait a few weeks for their engineer to be able to come but when I contacted them to say I had a party coming up and really needed the door to open, Marie from customer services phoned me and moved the date forward because they had a cancellation . Tommy arrived today and it was a pleasure to have him in the house and He even took off his shoes and cleared up after himself . The handle has been replaced and all is in working order .
