Excellent aftercare! A skylight I purchased from Home Hub failed after 7 years and went misty. After sending them photos - they confirmed I could have a replacement unit from the manufacturer for free (just pay the fitting - which I thought was fair enough). Fitters Dale and Chris came when they said, were quick, good, and nice guys. The communication from the team in Bracknell was helpful and I always knew what was happening. Very happy.
