From start to finish they have been great. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful, the whole process was easy from selecting my options right through to the install. It was really helpful having a WhatsApp group for communicating as this made it a breeze when either I or they needed something. I didn't envy the installers having to carry a heavy for up to a 2nd floor property, but they were really professional throughout. I'd absolutely recomend the home hub to anyone I know looking for a new door. I'm incredibly pleased with how the new door looks and the overall service I received was fantastic.
