I have waited over 6 months for a replacement panel for a BiFolding door that Home Hub installed a few years ago. First after waiting 4 month they sent a fitter to fi the new panel on to discover that they had sent the wrong colour panel. The new one was due to be fitted next week but just received an email cancelling yet again. The poorest of the poor service.
