I’m writing this review after months of frustration, false promises, and a complete lack of professionalism from HomeLane.On 6th July 2024, I made an advance payment of ₹25,000 to Mr. Gaurav Jain (HomeLane representative) for interior design services for my 2BHK flat. I was not informed that the advance was non-refundable or that the advertised discount only applies to purchases above ₹4 lakhs. These terms were never communicated verbally or in writing, which is both unethical and misleading.Despite several follow-ups via calls, emails, and even public LinkedIn posts, I received no proper response, no refund, and no resolution.To make matters worse:They promised delivery of a product (a mattress) by April 7th, 2025, which has still not been delivered as of April 8th.Their team repeatedly gave false updates, wasted my time on calls, and then started ignoring my messages completely.I have proof of calls, payments, and discussions – and will be taking legal action.This company’s behavior is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and borderline fraudulent. They happily take money upfront, vanish from communication, and offer nothing in return.I strongly warn others to stay away from HomeLane. Don’t trust the branding – what you get is lies, delays, and financial loss.
