Delays, false promises, and zero accountability.
My honest advice: avoid HomeLane. A good local carpenter is far more reliable and value for money.

The design agreed upon was not what was installed, and we were left to find our own skirting for the kitchen, which has been missing for three months since installation due to problems at their factory.

Very poor service experience

Lack of completion and poor service

I want to bring to your attention that there was no official handover for my project, as the assigned work was incomplete and unresolved issues were ignored. Despite this, I was informed that the project was marked as completed in 2024. Now, my warranty period has been reduced, and I am receiving no responses via email or phone. The service has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend them.

Not worth the investment

While this wasn’t the worst purchase I’ve made, it certainly wasn’t worth the investment. The delivery was delayed, and the installation staff appeared untrained. Although the furniture functions, minor issues like loose screws and uneven panels make it hard to feel satisfied. The company needs to enhance their quality checks and improve staff training.
