I ordered a pool table in early December for a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, I had to chase the courier on the delivery day to learn it was out of stock. The company failed to inform me beforehand. When I contacted them, they acknowledged the error and promised a full refund, which would take 7-10 days. By mid-December, I was told they had entered administration and had been acquired by a company with a similar name. To get my money back, I must deal with the administrators. This behavior is disgraceful and shows a total lack of concern for customers. I advise against using this company in any form, as there are much more reliable options available.
