Regarding the company's response to my earlier comments, I’m not interested in their poor attempt at public relations. I’ve reported them to local trading standards for the significant amount they took from me. They misled me as a trusting customer. Future customers should heed my warning; if they treated me this way, they will likely do the same to you. I ordered a pinball machine in July, fully paid, but faced constant excuses for delays. When I requested a refund, I was informed that the bank accounts are frozen, and they cannot issue refunds or deliver the machine. This company lies to get your money, then lies about delivery dates and refuses refunds. Please do not purchase from them.
