Ordered the Signature 7ft Pool Table back in June with a quoted delivery time frame of 5-20 days. Took delivery of the table today and cannot fault the installation team, but the communication from the head office and lack of updates was extremely poor. All they kept saying was still with manufacturers. Even after sending screenshots of the website stating in stock and delivery still saying 5-20 days, there was no rush to try and resolve. Do not believe anything they state on there website about delivery because they are a pack of lies and i wouldn't recommend using Home Leisure Direct unless you are happy to wait for months for delivery and never be kept up to date and having to always do the chasing with nobody actively contacting you to offer updates.
