Unfortunately you lost the sale as soon as I opened the door, because your sales representative said, oh you don’t look like you need a stair lift. I found I was justifying my need for it saying it was a good day. Not every disability is visible. I have days where I need assistance to get out of bed. I felt slightly uncomfortable when you phoned initially because I said that my husband had sorted a stairlift out, and was asked who it was with, was it Acorn, when I confirmed it was, he then said you were much cheaper that them, and that you could come out the next day. I understand you’re all vying for business. The man who came out was friendly but by saying I didn’t look like I needed a stairlift as soon as I opened the door really upset me, so, as I said, you won’t be getting the job
