I share the frustration of others who have commented here. The system has malfunctioned after a few months and does not perform as promised. The Smart+ mode heats constantly to high temperatures, ignoring the time of use tariff while misleadingly claiming to be intelligent. Customer support acknowledges this issue. They suggested using the Smart mode instead, which respects the tariff, even though I was sold on Smart+ under the impression that it would honor the tariff. The Smart mode heats 2-3 degrees above the target. I have no control over the hot water. Furthermore, the holiday mode stopped working just two days after I left, reverting to the regular schedule and wasting significant energy and money. Customer service is unresponsive, and it's nearly impossible to reach them by phone; they only occasionally return calls and seem uninterested in resolving the issue. This is an expensive product that does not deliver. Is anyone interested in joining me in filing a formal complaint?
