Poor System Performance

In short, the customer lacks control over the system via the app. In Smart mode, the system decides how to heat your home, ignoring the provided schedule and tariff information. The company claims that it will maintain the highest temperature on the schedule, but Smart mode does not utilize the tariff data, rendering it ineffective. The app does not inform you of this oversight. Additionally, customers must pay an extra fee annually for Smart+ mode. In manual mode, the heating attempts to follow the schedule, but any slight increase in temperature causes the heat pump to operate at full power. The app lacks any feedback on performance metrics. Essentially, the system is designed for installers, who use a different app to manage all settings, leaving customers in the dark. A truly frustrating experience.
