Extremely disappointing experience. A pillow cover that was quite expensive and advertised as 100% cotton and hand-painted turned out to be a poorly printed piece made from the worst synthetic material I have ever encountered. I placed the order at the beginning of December, and the site promised delivery by Christmas, but it only arrived on January 9. The company’s website gives the impression of being based in the UK and uses aggressive social media marketing, but it’s truly disappointing. What I received was of very poor quality, inadequately packaged, and shipped from abroad. I’m questioning the legality of this transaction and am unsure how to proceed with getting a refund.
