I ordered the sink play for my son and he loved it. However, the tap stopped working after he played a few times which was a disappointment. We tried to contact the customer service and emailed a lot of times but no response as it hadn't been even a month since we received it. I wouldn't buy any toy from this company. I ended up ordering another one from a different company. I definitely don't recommend this place. We wasted our time and money.

The order took an excessive amount of time to arrive from overseas, and I received no shipping estimate or notification regarding the lead time. Additionally, the frames do not accommodate a standard 8.5x11 sheet of paper! The quality is subpar; I strongly advise against purchasing, as this feels like a scam.
Extremely disappointing experience. A pillow cover that was quite expensive and advertised as 100% cotton and hand-painted turned out to be a poorly printed piece made from the worst synthetic material I have ever encountered. I placed the order at the beginning of December, and the site promised delivery by Christmas, but it only arrived on January 9. The company’s website gives the impression of being based in the UK and uses aggressive social media marketing, but it’s truly disappointing. What I received was of very poor quality, inadequately packaged, and shipped from abroad. I’m questioning the legality of this transaction and am unsure how to proceed with getting a refund.

Initially, I felt anxious after ordering due to the reviews, but both Doodle art boards arrived safely after about two weeks from overseas. They work really well and require adult supervision since they connect to a power supply. They definitely can't get wet! I had a lot of fun testing them. While I think they are overpriced, they perform well, and my grandchildren will enjoy using them and seeing their artwork glow.
