The service I received from this company was disappointing. The sitters were not fully qualified, as I found out during our initial meeting. The sitter flinched at my excited dog and claimed my dog tried to bite her. The sitter was not capable of handling a high-energy breed and ignored the clear instructions I provided, resulting in damage to my property. Despite my complaints, I was told my dog was 'aggressive,' which was upsetting since my dog has never shown aggression before. I received no apology for the damages, and after several ignored emails, no resolution has been offered even months later. I advise against using this service due to the lack of qualified staff.
