Unusually for an insurance claim, I was not given the run around, nor lots of excuses why they would not cover the claim. Instead, I was able to speak to real people, without hanging on the phone for hours first. I had a dedicated contact whom I was generally able to speak to when required and who called me back promptly if a colleague could not help (they often did). The whole process was rather long-drawn out, however, that was mostly due to the nature of the work and other considerations that interfered with it.
I won't go so far as to say that I am looking forward to paying my next annual premium, but I am certainly not in a rush to find another provider.
