We have been using our new sectional for about 3 weeks now. It does everything it claims - modular, can reorder pieces, can wash covers, good for pets, etc, but the sofa itself is just not cozy/comfy. The seat cushions are firm, low back, low sides, and not deep enough even with ordering the deep version. We did do the at home trial, but sitting on the one armless unit is not the same as laying on it or sitting on it to watch a whole movie. At this point we cannot return it and it was expensive, so I will have to figure out how to live with it, but I would not purchase from them again. We did have 2 minor issues - the one piece of foam sent with the trial was the wrong size and it took customer service over a week to ship a new one and I had to remind them. Secondly, 1 small frame piece was broken upon arrival and 1 small cover piece had a seam come undone, but they shipped us new ones quickly, so no issues there. I also was wary of spending so much money on a piece of furniture that I would have to assemble and now that I have done it, I am not sure I would do it again. We purchased 7 sections and 2 ottomans which took us literally 9 hours over two sessions to assemble. Bottom line - I hope the features of this piece are more useful over time, then the negatives of comfort and assembly.
