When I reached out to their support team, they explained that their call centers are located on the East Coast. However, the FTC’s Telemarketing Sales Rule clearly states that telemarketing calls cannot be made before 8:00 a.m. in the recipient’s time zone.Calling customers at 5 a.m. is disruptive and against federal guidelines. I hope Homes.com addresses this issue and ensures compliance moving forward.
