I was contacted to be a "Premier Agent", I agreed to sign up for a 6 month plan. Monthly my rep called to check in and offer help/advice. Toward end of my contract, I asked rep, Ray, when my contract was up and he told me next month. I told him I wanted to cancel. I noticed a few months later, no calls from him but charges still. NO ONE WILL TALK TO ME OR HELP ME CANCEL
Real Estate Agents stay away from Homes.com!!!! I unfortunately did not do my research and I feel I got scammed into signing up for something that would be "such great marketing", but in the end, didn't receive not even one service that they mentioned!!! They are horrible, and when I said to them I don't see any marketing at all, they said well we can't refund you and I am stuck with a one year contract to keep paying them for nothing at all!!!! Horrible!!! Contacting my attorney soon! They are bogus and ridiculous! Stay away from them!!!!
I have requested removal of the listing photos for the home I purchased in 2022 many times. This is the only real estate website that will not honor my request. This is my home and my privacy and security are at risk. This company is absolutely horrible to deal with.

This individual has shown a troubling lack of transparency and has been remarkably dishonest. I have encountered multiple disputes related to their actions. They fabricated a false charge to unjustly withhold my deposit after I vacated an apartment. My requests for an appropriate address to submit legal documents were completely ignored. In fact, they outright refused to provide me with an address to contest the seizure of my security deposit. Their behavior is reminiscent of a chaotic environment where only self-interest prevails.
They failed to conduct the required pre-move-out inspection while I was present, neglecting their responsibilities as mandated by state laws. Eleven days after my departure, I submitted proof of my deposit, yet the next day they attempted to claim the entire amount, exceeding what was actually owed. This is not only unethical but demonstrates a disregard for the law. Adding to the situation, they filed a restraining order against me to obstruct my access to a legal address for correspondence. This conduct speaks volumes about their character, and I firmly stand by my account of these events. This representative does not deserve to serve the public.
I find it concerning that a certain platform has a negative reputation for not honoring requests to remove personal data. Regardless of the availability of information, respect for individuals’ wishes to have their data deleted should be a priority. I intend to continue sharing my dissatisfaction with this service wherever possible.
I strongly advise against visiting this site! Expect to be inundated with unwanted emails, texts, and phone calls. Additionally, I'm now seeing their advertisements pop up while browsing the internet. I genuinely hope this service fails and that employees face the consequences of their practices.
