HOMES.com is such a waste of time and money from day one..... Leads provided are all scams, wrong phone numbers, wrong information, etc. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY. From day one they set up the account incorrectly, it took two months for them to get it set up and they conveniently added two months to our contract. We tried to cancel time and time again with no avail. Will our account manager was unable to help and provided only excuses, I have been escalated to Chris and still not getting anywhere and have sent numerous emails to customer service. I have asked him to escalate it further and we'll see where it goes. This is going to be $5,400.00 down the drain. I would have rather given our money to the ASPCA where it would have at least done some good.
