AGENTS BEWARE! I am currently on hold with my credit card company disputing the charges for the monthly subscription. I signed with Homes.com on July 26th of this year and quickly discovered that my representative, Michael Wycoff misrepresented the platform/product. If your goal is to build business in a brand-new area, this is NOT the platform for you as your profile lists your sales statistics from the last 5 years. If you've not produced in that area, you are screwed! The lead will obviously pick an agent with recent sales in that area. This information should have been shared during the consultation and now I've spent the last three weeks trying to cancel with no success. I've spoken to my rep countless times, two customer service agents and my rep's director yesterday. They are not budging. I should add, it's been three weeks, and I've had two bad leads (investor talking with multiple agents and the other bad number/email) and one that I feel is a plant (not real).
