The product that was sold was not explained fully until after I purchased it. Having being told after the product was purchased I was given all the restrictions and I also still have not received the contract so I'm unable to read the exact coverages for myselfRepresentatives are rude and everyone tells you something different. Each time I have called I get told something different I have asked for a supervisor and get disconnected each time! I have yet to speak with a supervisor or get my issue resolved. Would not recommend this company the customer service representatives are rude and NOT customer service friendly! The person I spoke to this time was Shameka and she was rude and disconnected the call after I asked for her supervisor!
