Not accessible on weekends and rely on fine print and the company's interpretation to deny three separate claims. It raises the question of why they exist if they don't meet your needs. I'm searching for a new provider and will be discontinuing my association with them.
They followed through quickly. They contacted a service provider the day I called with an issue with my in-floor heat. Called me back with information and the phone number of the provider. It was stated that I could contact other service providers if I wanted to see if they would work with Home-Safe. After the initial exam from the service provider I received a call from Home Safe to tell me what was happening with my claim. They let me know what they would pay for and what I would be responsible to pay for.
Verify disappointed base on previous warranty company I had. They sold me on lowering/never changing payment is why they even get any stars. My personal experience is they partner with like a property management company that subbed out the work to another company. My disappointed is I had to pay 3x the deductible even before they decided to deny my claim. If you are thinking about this company, please get ahold of the contract first to read and know what is covered in the contract. If needed, you may find the specific issue is not covered. During the process all I heard was "it's in the contract" and nothing to work with me as a customer or consumer. Though when canceling service, they wanted to retain but they proved to me I can not trust them.
