Giving Homeserve 1 star because there is no lower rating possible. I've been waiting since half january to get someone to come to my house to fix burnt socket. They keep you waiting around 20 min. before answering the phone or don't answer at all. I'm tired of listening to their promises andI strongly advice people not to take their cheap insurance. I will have to get an electrician myself and see if I can get my payments back
Have had a problem with my solar batteries (they’re dead) for several weeks.Tried to use online reporting service many times but never works and asks me to call a number. Tried many times but no answer but a message saying they will call me back. They never did. Finally got through to an agent who took my details and said someone would call me back. They never did (6 days now). This costing me a lot of money. I believe HomeServe are an huge international company. This service, which I pay for monthly, is truly abysmal.

Less than 1 star. Got flooded. No money. Found escape clause. Got a burst pipe, booked plumber to come online, never came. Tried calling them. Got cut off after waiting 15 minutes on hold after speaking to an advisor. Called again. Told someone will call me back. Still waiting. Reported online again. Said someone will call back. Still waiting. 5 days now and still no response for urgent water pipe leak
BEWARE. They are scammers. As they deal with everything on the phone have never received a contract where I can read the conditions. So at some point they changed my rates without prior notificatiin at the end of the yearly period (as it is mandatory in Spain) so I was was paying the double without being aware. When I have realized and I wanyed to cancel the account which services I al not using since the yearly period started. They have denied so and also they don’t provide all the paperwork requested. They are tricky and hide information from the customers.
I am writing following the reply from Homeserve regarding my earlier complaint. Thank you for replying, but I am unable to give more information than that provided. Obviously, I do not know the identity of the driver who was in the vicinity at that time. Sorry.
