The team at KZ2 Moving was phenomenal on moving day! Their professionalism and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. They communicated clearly before and during the move, arrived on time, and worked with a positive and friendly attitude that made the entire experience stress free.We were so impressed with the incredible care they took with every item. They didn’t just move our furniture, they treated it as if it were their own. Every piece was carefully wrapped and protected, and nothing was scratched or damaged. Their meticulous approach to loading the truck was remarkable. The quote was significantly less than the actual price. For the first hour of the move, only one of the two people was actually helping with moving. The other was outside on the phone with the manager. They both seemed very upset that there were stairs in the building. It took significantly longer than expected and the movers were going quite slowly. They only started speeding up when we started grabbing items and bringing them into their truck. We took apart the couch and the bed frame for them to try to help speed along the process. They took care of the items and everything made it in the move undamaged but it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the website advertised clothing boxes would be available for use and there were none. Had I know this, I would have moved my clothes the day prior.
Seemingly moved heaven and earth to solve an issue that happened with the move and made sure they stayed true to their values. So many companies would probably blow off my concerns but seeing how they handled my situation I couldn't recommend them enough. They will be my first call when we move out of this apartment!
