Review Time
We had a burst pipe,plumber came out found the leak which took three days because of the way Spanish houses are built (everywhere tiled). We informed Homeserve Spain before the plumber could finish and put the property back into a good state of repair the insurance assessor stopped them from repairing our home we was given a claim number. We sent them the photos description of what happened and invoice and they said we have two claims because there is damage to bathroom and kitchen. After numerous phone calls and complaints they will not change to only one claim and give us the go ahead to have our home repaired and even told us that someone would be calling to assess the property again and every time we phone we still we get the run around. They phone us and say sorry it’s a bad line and will phone us back and it’s a bad line on several phone numbers but they never phone back until we contact them again this has been going on for six weeks (no toilet in floor and wall tiles missing half the kitchen out) Would I use this company again NO If you want home insurance go elsewhere
