THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE SHAM. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THEM. FIRSTLY YOU WILL BE CHARGED £75 FOR CONTACTING THEM PLUS VAT, THAT'S £90. THEN YOU HAVE A CALL FROM A WORKMAN OF WHATEVER ILK, IN OUR CASE THAT WAS A FURTHER A FURTHER £65 AND THEY HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED THE JOB YET BUT YOU WILL GET A TIME, SOME JOKE THAT IS BECAUSE NOONE WILL TURN UP. OUR JOB WAS TO FIX THE HOT WATER ON OUR HEATING SYSTEM. WE HAVE MANAGED TO AGREE SOME OF OUR MONEY BACK. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY SCANDALOUS. WITH TIMES AS DIFFICULT AS THEY ARE CURRENTLY WE DON'T NEED THIS. JUST LOOK AT THE REVIEWS FROM OTHERS - 1 STAR AND IF I COULD GIVE MINUS STARS I WOULD FOR DEFINITELY. COMPANIES LIKE THIS SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. THEY HAVE NO REASON TO EXIST, MANY OF THE REVIEWS ALREADY ARE DESPICABLE SO TAKE NOTE, DON'T USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our team is made up of expertly skilled LOCAL Trades People, and we are a well-established company with an enviable reputation built over the last 30 years, we only charge for our time spent in your property by the 1/2 hr with 95% of jobs being completed within an hour (minimum one hour charge applies) so if you allow an hour to get your job, services, problems or repair done we will get you back to normal fast.
