This is a scam operation. Do not use them! I have asked my credit card company to reimburse my money as despite numerous attempts to get in touch with this company to resolve the fact that NO ONE EVER TURNED UP despite me paying £90 for being introduced to an engineer. The engineer sent me a couple of texts with lame excuses for not turning up but I've heard nothing from him or this company since. They just take your money and provide zero service.
