Installation was fine and solar panels are working well.However the post installation documentation which was supposed to arrive within 14 days did not. these documents are required to switch to an appropriate tariff with your energy provider and to be paid for the electricity you send back to the grid. It took numerous phone calls and emails (some unanswered) to resolve the situation.The complete documentation finally arrived almost 5 months after the installation.
