This delivery service is the worst I have encountered. I paid a substantial fee for delivery through the platform, but the driver refused to bring it upstairs to my front door on the first floor. He didn't even have a trolley. It was completely unacceptable. He left the fridge at the bottom of the stairs and was alone during the delivery.
