This delivery service is the worst I have encountered. I paid a substantial fee for delivery through the platform, but the driver refused to bring it upstairs to my front door on the first floor. He didn't even have a trolley. It was completely unacceptable. He left the fridge at the bottom of the stairs and was alone during the delivery.
I ordered an AC unit and this service was responsible for the delivery. The person I spoke with confirmed the delivery but failed to show up. I called him multiple times with no response. When he finally contacted me, he claimed he delivered it to a warehouse, but I couldn't find it. He used inappropriate language during our conversation. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not use this company again.
The service I received was disgraceful. They called me at 7:15 AM to inform me of a fridge delivery at 7:30 AM, giving me only 15 minutes of notice. They also refused to take away my old fridge unless it had been off for 24 hours. After rescheduling, I waited until 7:30 PM for the delivery, but they never showed up. They do not answer calls or emails, and I am left without my fridge.

Despite numerous emails and calls, I am still waiting for the old oven to be collected. The company keeps promising a pickup in 48 hours, but they cannot confirm anything. I will not use any company that relies on this service again.
On Sunday, one of their drivers nearly caused an accident by passing us during thick fog and poor visibility, violating traffic rules. I have attempted to call, text, and email with no response. I will escalate this issue to the authorities.
