I ordered an AC unit and this service was responsible for the delivery. The person I spoke with confirmed the delivery but failed to show up. I called him multiple times with no response. When he finally contacted me, he claimed he delivered it to a warehouse, but I couldn't find it. He used inappropriate language during our conversation. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not use this company again.
