The service was absolutely terrible. I advise avoiding them at all costs. I ordered the removal of an old oven after a new one was delivered. Despite numerous emails and calls, I am still waiting for the old oven to be collected. The company keeps promising a pickup in 48 hours, but they cannot confirm anything. I will not use any company that relies on this service again.
