Ridiculous service, absolute disgrace.I have recently had experience with them via IKEA Dublin, as they do the home delivery service for them.I have needed to get items replaced two times due to poor handling. Various damage on the corner and sides of the items including a mark and crack clearly from the corner of another item. They even dropped one of the large items from the truck right in front of me.In total this has increased the waiting time for these items by another 2 weeks on the top of the initial 1 month of waiting time.Totally inadequate skills and unfriendly staff.Would be great if they'd employed people who have at least the basic care and skills for the items they handle.At least they are somewhat accurate, so that's something.(Trustpilot: All references are available on request.)
