I purchased a fridge freezer from the company and received no email regarding delivery. When I called, a representative from a pallet company answered and mentioned they operate from a different location, sharing the same phone number. She promised to email the relevant team for a callback, but I never heard back. A week later, still no contact, so I had to cancel the order! Very dissatisfied! I recommend checking who handles their deliveries, as I had a bad experience.
