Ordered 2 chairs ...The color did not match my decor. Furthermore the gray shown in the picture is actually metallic... if the picture was accurate or if the description had mentioned that I would not have chosen the items.Returning the chairs was more expensive than the chairs due to the shipping ( 250.00 per chair plus the restock fee)Therefore, I have 2 chairs that I cannot use still wrapped and sealed up in my garage.I have contacted or tried several times to contact Home Square/Cymax about accepting the discount they offered to keep the chairs. I have also requested multiple times via email for a confirmation of the discount.Never a response back.Very dissatisfied with the description of the chair to begin with as it was deceptive to the entire process of returning and now no reply or confirmation regarding the discount.Beyond unprofessional Perhaps dishonest if I never hear back from them about the discount.Still waitingVery negative experience.Jackson
