The strips (20 treatments - 40 strips) from this company have done absolutely nothing for my teeth, and I’ve used legit Crest strips before so know how effective they are for teeth whitening. I asked customer services for proof of authenticity and I got lots of words back, but no proof. Given how completely ineffective they’ve been, and my prior knowledge of how effective authentic Crest products are, I’m led to believe these are fake. The packets look different to what’s on the Crest website too. I’ve raised a dispute with my credit card provider and provided photos and supporting evidence. Notice how you can’t find the address of this company anywhere on their website, and the ‘secure payment’ logo at the bottom of their website page is blurred and of poor quality. Would place an order through Crest in Amazon next time.
