They initially bought up No One, everything was transferred to them and my service went downhill progressively over the months leading up to the expiration of my contract.
They also sent out an email advising that our monthly costs would be affected by RPI, but this was to their credit quickly fixed, as our contract with No One/Leetline had no such clause.
Our contract with No One/Leetline expired last month, and I initiated the One Touch switch process 2 weeks beforehand willing to accept the few weeks costs.
Fast forward to the end of February and after multiple harassment calls/emails begging me to come back, they then send me another email but stating that my service will end at the end of March and I'm paying for it.
Lets be clear, my contract is over. Your harassment strategies are archaic and have pushed me further away.
To make things worse, YOU CANNOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY. I've raised ticket, scheduled call backs, nothing. Their customer service team do not exist. I've received no contact at all and I've been attempting to contact them since giving my notice to switch providers at the end of January.
Do not use this company if you want transparency, good communication, and trustworthy business practices.
Direct debit will be cancelled if this issue is not rectified by the end of next week.
