These complaints have persisted for years.Members are encouraged to complete reviews and engage in order to earn points and access exclusive testing opportunities. Despite investing considerable time and effort, I have received no opportunities and no explanation. This raises serious concerns about whether the incentive structure is genuinely intended to benefit members.I have contacted your support channels, including your corporate email (Australia), and have received no response. The only time the company appears responsive is when a negative review is posted publicly. This approach undermines trust and credibility and usually results in the death of an organization.
