Review Time
I’ve always enjoyed using HTc and been a member for a while. However, I began writing more seriously in school and improved my writing skills. I’ve now applied this method to my reviews, which are honest and based on my own testing of products, some of which I received. I received an email stating my account had been flagged for using “AI”, which is untrue. I’m disappointed and can’t access the surveys I’ve completed; they’ve all disappeared. No one has responded to my request for my account not to be flagged. I simply want to continue using HTc. Was it a crime to write a detailed and honest review? I explained this in the email, stating that if I believed it wasn’t true I should contact customer support, which I did but haven’t received a response. It’s really disheartening… not sure what happened to the campaigns I had spilled out … why they’re disappeared .. unsure but this is all unfair.

I joined Home Testers Club because it appeared to be a legitimate and engaging platform. However, my experience has been extremely frustrating due to your company’s ongoing failure to communicate.A significant number of public reviews mention the same communication issues I have encountered. Although your responses often state that feedback helps improve your service, there is no visible evidence of change. These complaints have persisted for years.Members are encouraged to complete reviews and engage in order to earn points and access exclusive testing opportunities. Despite investing considerable time and effort, I have received no opportunities and no explanation. This raises serious concerns about whether the incentive structure is genuinely intended to benefit members.I have contacted your support channels, including your corporate email (Australia), and have received no response. The only time the company appears responsive is when a negative review is posted publicly. This approach undermines trust and credibility and usually results in the death of an organization.
Always been happy with HTC in the past however I trialed a product in 2025 and was told id get an amazon gift voucher in return. Ive never had the amazon voucher and I've emailed several times but not had a reply from them. HTC please improve your customer service and this will make you great again!
I joined the Home Tester Club around a month ago and all I can say for now is that it's not appealing. The website is glitchy. The search doesn't work most of the time, you put the brand or product name and it shows no results, but then when browsing the website you can find that the product you tried to find is actually there. They want you to connect to your social accounts, but there is only an option to connect with Facebook. I'm not going to do that, I keep Facebook private, as I am using it to connect with my friends and family only. I would connect Instagram if there would be an option, but there isn't. You can apply for product tastings, but they are not telling you specifically what it is or when and if they will contact you about if you got it or not. It kind of feels like it's just for the purpose of collecting your personal data. I use another website where I can apply for tasting stuff (for around a year now) and there everything is clear, I know what I am applying for and when the cutting off time is and they notify me at the specified time if I was chosen to be part of it or not. I was thinking this will work in a similar way, but I was completely wrong. You just put your personal information in the short surveys with your acceptance of them using it, but that's it, they don't inform you of anything.
I was glad to join HTC because I have been a member of other product testing groups for years and had the opportunity to evaluate many different items. The feedback given helped introduce new products to various markets and it has been a great experience.HTC, however, has been somewhat different. Signing up was easy enough. I received several emails inviting me to complete surveys but more than a year later, nothing further has happened. Perhaps I don’t fit in their population profile. I’m not a young, active, social-media influencer, so perhaps I don’t fall within their current demographics. I am part of that group of senior citizens who are retired and still have some discretionary income. Yes, there are still a few of us around. We learned to live within our budgets and are still able to purchase most anything we want or need without suffering great financial stress. I’m not sure how valuable it would be to HTC if they had a different perspective on the items being tested by receiving input from older members. Just a thought.
I have been an active member since 2020. I have always loved this platform until this last month. I need an issue resolved over a $10 gift card. I tried to be patient but it's been almost a month! I feel completely ignored and really thinking about closing my account now. Did the entire company go on a 30 day vacation????? Would like my $10 without having to send 12 emails.I'm still here waiting on that $10 incentive??? After they responded on here, they sent me a personal Email apologizing and promising to send me my incentive that week. Here it is 2 or 3 more weeks later and NOTHING!!!!!! I can't trust this site now sadly.
Home Tester Club is great but I emailed them about 3 times.Hi! I emailed about 3 times regarding a survey. It was a survey for laundry detergent and to add a video. When I went to add the video, the survey just closed and I wasn’t able to edit it. Now the button for upcoming surveys is not letting me press it. Is there anyway we can fix this issueIf anyone can help me fix this issue, I’ll be greatly appreciate it
I've been a member since 2016 - and since then have had the opportunity to sample and test, review and comment on various products. It's fab! I don't usually write such positive reviews unless the company deserves it......and the Home Tester Club does! Look - you aint going to get products all the time.....not even weekly or monthly.....as the team have to find the right match for the companies that supply the test products and samples, right? But that's part of the fun! You just don't know when you may get something.....and it isn't costing you anything other than your time, small effort and honesty. So - be patient. Be part of the community. Be real - that means giving your honest opinion.....and not trying to game the system (i.e. opening multiple accounts etc). But more so......come and join us! (And no.........I have no link whatsoever to the company!)
