*Edited* Thank you for your response, I have sent another enquiry to the team (and I have since received their response too) - I didn't realise it was a no-reply email address. I have change my review score. :) I have been with them for close to 1 year, I had some free products to test and then provide the honest reviews for the potential buyers, so I used to love it a lot. Recently I have issue with my account as I noticed that the amount of the reviews I created doesn’t add up, I contact their support team but I have never received any response. I had to create another ticket to see if they would response, and then a few days later I finally got a response, but once I replied, they just disappeared again. This actually reminds me that a few months ago I sent them an email regarding the review status and I didn’t receive any response at all. I feel like that their support team really hates their job, therefore If you want to join this website you firstly need to pray for not having any issue with your account or reviews.
