We are so quick to condemn and slow to praise, but with HOMETOWN QUOTES, I absolutely want to praise and acknowledge their dedication, the customer service team is superior to practically ANY other service. Queues are short for customer service, when you are speaking with a rep they are empathetic, try to understand the issue and offer suggestions. They are quick to escalate questions or concerns to management to provide immediate solutions and support.This is amazingly not a one-off either, I have had this service for a short while and have used the customer support system multiple times, for inquiries, advice, suggestions, etc. EVERY customer service rep has been wonderful to work with.Now, I have also spoken with the sales side of this service, and in particular a gentleman, Gary Prewitt - my goodness, he takes that exceptional service to heart. He has been a beacon and has recommended best practices, helped with CTA, he has followed up on his personal time for a query I had. This is the pillar to which all sales services should be measured.Now I say all that and I haven't even begun to praise the actual service, ability to exchange dead leads *within a time window, and ability to filter the lead types and specifics - this is beyond valuable. Leads aren't distributed or resold - just, wow. I only wish I had known about this service sooner. Sheepishly, I haven't referred this magic platform to colleagues (yet) and have been hoarding the water of the desert.
