I ended up with a negative balance before I could settle my dues, as they continued to add charges from other payments I owed, pushing my negative balance to over $700, making it impossible for me to pay off. After losing my job due to surgery, I couldn't even explain my situation before they charged off and closed my account. They made these payments without my consent and didn’t inform me about closing the account. Recently, they even sent me a new debit card, leading me to believe I still had an account. Their practices definitely need scrutiny.
