Extremely Disappointing Experience

I wish there was an option for a negative star. After signing all the documents, they canceled everything without any reasonable explanation. The team is unreliable. This is the worst service I've ever encountered. 👎

Frustrating Experience with Card Activation

Currently experiencing a frustrating situation. I received the credit card quickly and was initially pleased. However, when I tried to use it last night, the transaction was declined. I contacted customer service, and they mentioned a flag from the fraud department before transferring me. The automated message indicated there were no issues with my card and then ended the call! I called back and went through the same process. I spoke with a representative who assured me she would connect me to her colleague in the fraud department, but I was sent back to the automated system with the same result. I called again and spoke to another representative who promised to escalate my issue and assured me I would receive a call back by the end of the day, but that call never came. I called once more and insisted on speaking to a manager, who also promised to escalate my case to the fraud department. Once again, I requested to speak directly with them, and the manager assured me this would happen. However, I was once again put through to the automated system with the same message about my account. After eight hours without a resolution and a card I cannot use, I strongly recommend avoiding this service if you want to spare yourself this kind of frustration. I am considering canceling the card.

Frustrating Experience with Account Management

I ended up with a negative balance before I could settle my dues, as they continued to add charges from other payments I owed, pushing my negative balance to over $700, making it impossible for me to pay off. After losing my job due to surgery, I couldn't even explain my situation before they charged off and closed my account. They made these payments without my consent and didn’t inform me about closing the account. Recently, they even sent me a new debit card, leading me to believe I still had an account. Their practices definitely need scrutiny.

They processed payments without informing me and made me think I still had an account by sending a new debit card. Their practices need serious scrutiny.

Disappointing Card Experience

This card has let me down. I've used it sparingly over the years, but now I'm done. I paid on the 29th, thinking the due date was the 30th, but they posted it 5 days later and charged me interest. I paid thousands for the card, yet they charged me $20 in interest. When I called for help, the representative was unhelpful and rude. I felt like I was dealing with a greedy corporation. I wouldn’t be surprised if they intentionally delayed my payment.

Visa Approval Delays

I never received my approved visa via delivery service. I requested a $500 deposit back and have been waiting for 4 weeks with no response. The phone representative promised callbacks multiple times but never followed through. The call center outside of the country keeps telling me they are investigating. I strongly advise against doing business with this company. After 6 weeks, I’m still waiting with no resolution.

As a long-time customer with minimal support needs, I’ve recently faced issues with their login website rejecting my credentials. I had to call customer support multiple times, explaining my situation. After waiting for a password reset call that never came, I called back only to be told to call another number the next day. Despite my calm demeanor, the agent hung up on me. This has happened before, and it’s disappointing how they handle customer inquiries.

Unacceptable Service

They blocked my card after I canceled a payment mid-process and flagged it as fraud. I confirmed the transactions were authorized, yet my card remained blocked for over a day, preventing all my purchases. When I contacted customer service, they sent me to the fraud center, who refused to assist me. I spent an entire day calling back and forth without resolution, and ultimately missed a bill payment, incurring a late fee. It’s frustrating that they wouldn’t escalate my issue.

Transaction Decline Issues

I had a $0 balance on my card but it declined a transaction for car repairs without even asking for a PIN. When I called customer support, they claimed it was due to an incorrect PIN, but it never prompted me for one. I requested to cancel the card since this has happened multiple times. This has been the worst card experience I’ve ever had.
