Currently experiencing a frustrating situation. I received the credit card quickly and was initially pleased. However, when I tried to use it last night, the transaction was declined. I contacted customer service, and they mentioned a flag from the fraud department before transferring me. The automated message indicated there were no issues with my card and then ended the call! I called back and went through the same process. I spoke with a representative who assured me she would connect me to her colleague in the fraud department, but I was sent back to the automated system with the same result. I called again and spoke to another representative who promised to escalate my issue and assured me I would receive a call back by the end of the day, but that call never came. I called once more and insisted on speaking to a manager, who also promised to escalate my case to the fraud department. Once again, I requested to speak directly with them, and the manager assured me this would happen. However, I was once again put through to the automated system with the same message about my account. After eight hours without a resolution and a card I cannot use, I strongly recommend avoiding this service if you want to spare yourself this kind of frustration. I am considering canceling the card.
