I’d give zero stars if I could. This company is a total scam. You pay a monthly premium for them to not cover anything. It’s an absolute joke. Edit: now they are replying with the below but they are only willing to pay me $100 out of the $800 total which after paying deductible would be $20 profit. Again, total scam. Don’t waste your money. Edit again: the service call was $300 alone plus switch plus repair to wall since they had to cut into it. Reading is hard.
