Noone told me about how they reimburse u for the cost of repair or replace when u have to find ur own technician person and all because they have noone in the area to do the work. So now I'm out a refrigerator cause who has the money to pay for the repairs or buy a new 1 in the 1st place? That's why I have the coverage for. Im very dissatisfied and I've been a customer for 13+ years and may not continue to be.
